Job Description:

As a Senior Network Success Manager at Kyte, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing a seamless onboarding process for our travel sellers while ensuring exceptional customer service and ongoing support. You will work closely with our tech team, customers, and key stakeholders to drive success and foster strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding Process Design:

● Design a scalable and efficient onboarding process to accommodate the growth of our customer base while maintaining high standards of service.

● Ensure that our onboarding process is user-friendly, well-documented, and easy to follow, providing a smooth transition for new customers.

Customer Integration Assistance:

● Provide personalised assistance to travel sellers as they integrate our API, offering guidance and support to ensure a seamless integration process.

● Keep documentation and other materials updated and organised, ensuring clarity and ease of use for customers.

Ongoing Support Coordination:

● Collaborate with the tech team to coordinate ongoing support for customers once they are up and running, ensuring timely resolution of

issues and proactive communication.

● Continuously assess customer needs and provide recommendations for enhancements and improvements to our products and services.

Customer Relations Management:

● Manage key customer relationships, both current and prospective, to ensure satisfaction and drive retention and expansion opportunities.

● Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, escalations, and feedback, demonstrating a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Industry Engagement:

● Occasionally represent Kyte at conferences, events, and industry gatherings, building relationships and promoting our brand within the

travel community.

● Stay informed about industry trends and developments, providing valuable insights and contributing to strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

● Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.

● Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing priorities effectively.

● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with customers and internal stakeholders.

● Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

● Previous experience with API integration and technical support is a plus.

● Can-do mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
